Meditation With Ease

Look for a quiet environment near your home, garden, park or even work place where you can be undisturbed for 10 to 15 minutes for a beginner, which already consider long enough for start.

Building mental muscle is just like you would bicep or quadriceps it is a process and take time to learn in order to adopt practicing meditation.

Just simply be comfortable as you like whether sitting on a chair or on the floor and it is up to your choice because there is no fix role model.

Do feel comfortable, you do not have to practice any specific posture or difficult position that is unusual, be relaxed and that is the start.

As soon as you find your comfort position, just close your eyes relax your body and start to focus your breathing in and out, acting normal as possible.

You must take slow, deep breath through your nose than release and let the air out through your
mouth.

Continue to take two or three breaths through the nose letting it out from the mouth, and then just allow your breath to move freely in and out through the nose and focus your attention on the base of the nostrils.

After practicing for a couple of minutes, you will feel that your mind start to wander off and then become engaged in thoughts of this and that or happenings.

Once you notice this do not be startled what is happening, just gently keep back in track and bring your attention back to focus on the passage of your breath slowly in /out on the base of your nostril.
Keep on continuing sitting in your comfortable position and watching your breath, never to allow it
sway away.

As this is your beginning to meditate the first few times, you may feel that like chasing after your mind,
bringing it back and find that its dashing off again  and seems like caring a juvenile who will run away with every chance it has.

When this happens don not feel that you are failing, actually it is alright and doing fine as a beginner.

Even after days of meditating it will still happens like this, remind yourself that what you doing is applying the magnifying glass of the frontal lobe to the sun rays of your conscious mind.

What really affects is the beginning of exercising the muscle of conscious focus, similar to exercising a pectoral or hamstring.

Now it is not a matter of how well you focus your breathing; what really matter is you must keep on exercising and as time goes by your focus to meditate will become much easier.

Observation and focus is really important in the quantum universe, and no force is more powerful than intent.

By practicing the observation of your breath and exercising your frontal lobe, it means you strengthening your ability to quiet or tame your mind at the same time exercising the power of focus and intent.

Keep on practicing and in about two weeks increase your meditation time gradually by five to ten minutes depending on the progress, you feel that it’s ready.

However, even if you miss a day or two, do not feel that you failed, but keep on track again consistently with the will power to succeed in focusing and observing what you are practicing, just resume the next day.

The more you practice will make you feel the changes and it seems everything is being slow down and you have can manage your timetable and doing things in order as you wish.

Not only that time is managed, you start to a profound sense of connecting to the universe.

The most important effect is that, you will start to view the elements of your goals, dreams and inspiration comes into focus to take shape in your life.
Meditation actually has all types of fringe benefits for health and life and it especially shines as a powerful ground for neutral reconditioning of our mind.

It also develops your ability getting access to the different types of brain waves thus making it easier to achieve your dream goals in life.

As a matter of fact, an average human losses its focus every six to ten seconds and only through meditation in practice of focusing can help to develop the ability to stayed lock into your goals like a laser.

When you practice meditation, it is like opening the possibility for the quantum field to response, resonate, and supply all the elements you need to acquire your success and achievements and in other words you exercising the Law of attraction.
